Coffee with a Cop is a success with the residents of Parsippany

On March 1, 2017, Parsippany Shop Rite hosted Coffee with a Cop. The whole concept of “Coffee with a Cop” has been catching on nationwide especially in Parsippany with many residents looking forward to meeting and mingling with Parsippany’s finest. Each and every “Coffee with a Cop” gets better and better.

Mayor Barberio said, “I like to accompany the police when they meet and greet the public. I believe in Community Outreach. This is a time when are residence have the opportunity to get to know our Police Officers and have a better understanding of what the men and woman in blue do.

Council President Lou Valori said, “I am a retired Parsippany Police officer and I wish that we had this program when I was on the force. This program is where we meet our residents and have a heart to heart to let them know we care.”

Mayor James Barberio and the Parsippany Police Department will be having more Coffee with a Cop.
