Parsippany High School student and wrestler Hailey Budney took fourth-place in the cadet girl’s division of AAU Junior Olympics held in Novi, Michigan recently. Hailey wrestled over the course of two days in a mixed-division of cadets and juniors before bringing her medal home to Parsippany.
Hailey is currently a member of Parsippany High School’s wrestling, track-and-field and cross country teams, and was active in wrestling and cross country while attending Central Middle School. Despite such a busy athletic schedule, Hailey is an honor student managing a rigorous academic schedule which includes Honors and Advanced Proficient (AP) courses.
