Relay for Life Fundraiser held in Parsippany

On Saturday January 21st The American Cancer Society for Relay for Life of Central Morris County and Relay for Life of Morristown partnered to host a Flapjack Fundraiser at Applebee’s in Parsippany.

Mayor James Barberio and Council President Louis Valori attended the American Cancer Society Relay for a life Flapjack Fundraiser to show their support! Since I have been Mayor, I have supported Relay for Life and my prayers go out to those who battle cancer and who have lost their lives to cancer. I am extremely happy that the event is back in Parsippany.

Council President Valori took the opportunity to thank those who volunteer their time and participate in the Relay for Life to fight this dreaded disease.

Relay for Life is headed back to Parsippany!

Karen DeChristopher of Parsippany and Co-Chair of Relay for Life has been instrumental in bringing the event back to Parsippany.

The event will take place at Veterans Memorial Park in Parsippany on June 10th starting at 2:00pm and ending on June 11th at 6:00am.

Relay For Life is the signature fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. Relay is staffed and coordinated by volunteers in more than 5,200 communities and 20 countries who give of their time and effort because they believe it’s time to take action against cancer.

Fight Back. The American Cancer Society Relay For Life event is a life-changing experience that gives everyone in communities across the globe a chance to Celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, Remember loved ones lost, and Fight Back against the disease.
