On Friday, March 3, 2017, Mayor James Barberio completed a very busy week. He was approached to speak at Mt. Tabor Elementary School for “National Read Across America.” The Mayor insists on always making time for the children of Parsippany.
He took the opportunity to read his favorite Dr. Seuss book, Hooper Humperdink. Ms. Donde and her first grade class enjoyed the Mayor’s visit and were very receptive to the book and to the Mayor’s explanation of the moral of the story. The children took the opportunity to ask the Mayor any questions they wanted. The children learned a lot from his visit.
